Media buy for the closing of PETRONAS representative office in VN

The National Petroleum Corporation of Malaysia, PETRONAS, wanted to inform its stakeholders of the closing of their Representative Office in Vietnam (located in Hanoi) on April 14, 2011.
The services of Mildot agency were solicited to draft the official notices in Vietnamese and English, to prepare a media plan to disseminate the information in the printed press and to manage the purchase and publication of the advertising space for it.
In total, 6 announcements were published over 2 weeks in March in the Hanoi Moi, Lao Dong and Vietnam News.
