NAFOCO 20 year anniversary

Nam Dinh Forest JSC (NAFOCO) specializes in producing and processing forestry products, as well as managing their import/export. Established in 1991 as a state-owned company, it’s now a joint stock company looking to develop its export activities.
NAFOCO requested the services of Mildot agency to organize an event to celebrate their 20 years of activities with their employees and business partners. The client also asked Mildot agency to produce a video about their company especially for the occasion.
The celebration took place on site at NAFOCO headquarters in Nam Dinh from 6h00 PM to 9h00 PM on Saturday July 9. The program included musical performances from NAFOCO employees, the viewing of the video especially made for the event, live interviews of veteran staff, as well as games and lucky draws.

The event was organized outdoors, including a large stage with a giant screen to view the video embedded in the backdrop. Guests were seated outside under a giant inox structure that we set up for the occasion, to hang up the lights and the canopy, protecting from possible rain.
